These showrooms are immersive, design-focused spaces where customers come for inspiration, solutions, and expert advice. As Store Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of your store - from operations and administration, to people leadership and client service. You’ll take full ownership of the business, driving results while ensuring the showroom reflects the brand’s high visual and presentation standards. Your day will include: Leading, coaching and developing a passionate in-store team Overseeing daily operations, stock, and administration Ensuring visual presentation aligns with brand standards and seasonal displays Providing personalised consultations and design advice to customers Managing budgets, sales performance and KPIs Fostering a warm, service-driven team culture About You You’re an experienced and confident retail leader and someone who takes pride in running a store that looks as good as it performs. You combine commercial acumen with creativity, and you genuinely enjoy connecting with people and helping them find the right solution.
